The Hoover Treatment Center offers programming to address the special needs and challenges of individuals with addictions. We understand that the dynamics of addiction are complex and require services tailored to meet the needs of individuals who suffer from this disease.
Hoover Treatment Center provides a structured, 24-hour, comprehensive, intensive residential and out-patient program that addresses the chemical dependency needs of men and women, while decreasing the social and economic costs to the state of Arkansas. The Hoover Center is licensed by the State of Arkansas and serves as its only faith-based provider.
Our goal is to be culturally competent, evidence-based, clinically sound program which attends to the daily needs of providing quality care for our client. We are committed to providing effective, innovative and affordable addiction treatment.
Hoover Treatment Center is committed to facilitating growth through education, treatment and job training, so that individuals can become more productive citizens of our State. Our staff is dedicated to helping individuals reach sobriety and maintain it by mastering the skills needed to make better choices and incorporating them into daily activities for a healthier and meaningful life.
Our program, annually serve approximately 1000 individuals, focuses on prevention, intervention, treatment and after care to individuals with substance abuse problems. Clients receive assessments, job readiness and life skills training, and referrals for mental health and other health-related issues.
Seventy percent of our clients are employed when they leave the program, and at least 50 percent are reunited with their families. Former clients often return to volunteer their time and share their experiences.
